Gratings are steel bars that are forged to create a grid. Steel gratings have for long been the most favored choice of all gratings types owing to its durability, low maintenance costs, easy to install and customize and long life. We provide gratings manufactured from mild steel or stainless steel with various combinations of load bar depth and breadth.

(1) Standard gratings are typically available in 6m x 1m or 20' x 3' panels
(2) They can be produced with almost any combination of pitch size.  Most commonly this is  41mm x 100mm or 30mm x 100mm.
(3) Load bearing bars of width 20mm to 100mm and thickness 2mm to 10mm can be used.  Bars can be plain or with a serrated edge finish of various   depths. 
(4) Bearing bars optional - Flat bar / I bar / Serraed Bar
(5) Panels are available self-color or with a galvanized coating to international standards.

(1) Stairtreads are available in Mild Steel or Stainless Steel.
(2) Stairtreads can be supplied with any combination of pitch size, bearing bar type and serration profile.
(3) Each stairtread is supplied with end plates complete with slotted holes for easy installation.
(4) Typically we will supply the stairtread with a slip resistant pyramid nosing bar.  Other types of nosing are available on request.
(5) Standard sizes of our stairtreads are 250mm and 280mm wide x 800mm, 1000mm and 1200mm long.  Customized sizes are available on request.

Handrail stanchions have a sleek appearance, are easy to transport and install. They are widely used in steel structure platfor-ms, ladders, and city construction projects. The stanchions can be fixed by welding or bolts. We produce various standard stanchions as well as customized ones.
We can supply 18 basic types of stanchions. Their difference lies in ball hole, base plate. The surface can be galvanised or untreated. We can also fabricate the special types according to customers' requirment

There are three different types of clips as below:
The clip apply to all kinds of steel gratings, it is made of the M8 bolt, top clip and bottom clip.
The method of clip fixing: There are at least 4 clips on every piece of steel grating, about the big span steel grating it is better to use more clips.
According to the client's requests, we can supply galvanized mild steel clips and stainless steel clips.
